Failed Delivery Report
We’ve introduced a new report to help you track and analyze failed deliveries.
You can find it in the Reports menu under the Failed Delivery box.
The report provides key insights such as the number of failed attempts and failed attempt rate. It also breaks down failed delivery attempts by carrier, helping you identify trends over a selected period.
Product Performance Report
We’ve implemented a new report to help you analyze your product performance.
You can find it in the Reports menu under the Product Performance box.
The report will show the top 10 items by different statuses, such as ordered (data coming from Shopify orders), shipped or delivered (from shipments containing these items), or if a return request has been initiated for these items.
New Carriyo AI Feature
A few months ago, we introduced Carriyo AI to help you quickly understand shipment errors. Now, we’re taking it a step further with a new feature in the Control Tower: Analyze Data.
This AI agent not only summarizes your dashboard but also points out the actions you may need to take. It can help you identify declining delivery trends, potential carrier bottlenecks, and more.

Arabian Mile Connector
We’re constantly improving our platform to help drive your operational growth. We’ve introduced a new connector with Arabian Mile, a last-mile delivery provider based in Saudi Arabia.
You can access it under Carrier Accounts, alongside our expanding catalog of integrated delivery partners.
Email Notification Templates Update
We’ve updated our email notification templates to make it easier to automate communications with your clients. You can customize them as needed.
If you are already using and have active templates, there is no impact on your current setup.
