In our latest release, we introduced the following new features:
Managing Ready to Ship Status & Carrier Pickup Scheduling
In our previous release (2026.8.7), we introduced the Auto Schedule Pickup toggle so you could mark shipments as Ready to Ship without sending a pickup request to the carrier.
With this release, scheduling a carrier pickup is now a separate action, and every shipment shows the status of its pickup.

We’ve redesigned the Shipment Details page to give you a clearer and more focused view of every shipment.
The new experience brings shipment progress, delivery milestones and estimates to the forefront, makes issues easier to spot and act on, and provides a more structured view of costs, carrier details, documents and activity.

How to access the new experience
From any Shipment Details page, click See what’s new.
Review the new experience and select Try the new page.
You can explore the new design and switch back to the classic page at any time. When you're ready, select Keep the new page to make it your default experience.
