Enhanced Customer Feedback Experience
In our latest release, we’ve refreshed the Customer Feedback Page and introduced new tools to make its design easier to customize.
1. A Fresh Look for Your Feedback Page
The Customer Feedback Page has a new, modern design, giving customers a refreshed experience when rating their delivery and sharing feedback.
2. Easier Branding & Customization
The redesigned editor uses the same branding tools as your Tracking Page, helping you maintain a consistent look and feel across both pages.
With our new AI-powered branding feature, simply enter your website URL and let Carriyo generate theme suggestions based on your website’s colors, typography and logo. Choose your preferred design and apply it to your Feedback Page in just a few clicks.
Go to Settings → Feedback Loop App → Brand theme → Restyle with AI.
No action needed on your side. The new design will be applied automatically, while preserving your existing questions, ratings and branding. Your customers can continue submitting feedback as before, with no change to the feedback collection process.
