In our latest release, we introduced the following enhancements:

• Enhanced Import/Export Shipments Feature
• Introducing Carriyo AI
• {Beta} Frontline Express Connector

Enhanced Import/Export Shipments Feature

We’ve updated our import and export shipment feature to make it more flexible and easier to use.

We're introducing a new Standard Format, where each item appears on its own row, making it clearer and more efficient, especially for shipments with multiple parcels and items.

To ensure a smooth transition, the previous format is still available and is now labeled as the Legacy Format. You can continue using it temporarily while you get used to the new structure. The Legacy format keeps all items in a single row, just like before.

With both formats, you can choose to export all shipment attributes or select only the ones that matter to you.

For imports, the same applies. You can continue using the Legacy Format with no changes, or try the new Standard Format.

The key improvement? Each item is now listed on its own row, making the format much clearer and easier to work with. Previously, item details were grouped in columns, but this new structure gives you more visibility and flexibility, especially for shipments with multiple items.

Introducing Carriyo AI

We’ve just launched Carriyo AI, a new AI-powered feature to make shipment troubleshooting faster and easier.

When a shipment shows an error, go to the shipment details screen and click the “Analyze” button to:

• Understand what went wrong

• Get simple, clear steps to fix it

No more guessing... Carriyo AI helps you solve issues with confidence.

{Beta} Frontline Express Connector

We are continuously enhancing our platform to support your operational growth. In this release, we've beta launched a new connector with Frontline Express, a Kuwait-based last-mile delivery provider.

You can access it under Carrier Accounts, alongside our expanding catalog of integrated delivery partners.
