CARRIYO Release 2026.10.1

The Settings menu has a fresh new look, making it easier and faster to access and manage your configurations.

Settings now opens directly from wherever you are in the Dashboard, with a new search to quickly find what you need and easy access using Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on Mac).

We’ve also reorganized some settings to make navigation more intuitive.
 

No action is required: your existing configurations remain unchanged.

New Delivery Radius for Delivery Options

Carriyo’s Delivery Options let you manage which delivery choices are offered to your customers at checkout, such as Same Day, Express or Next Day delivery.

Through our Delivery Options APIs, your storefront can retrieve the available options from Carriyo based on your configured conditions and fulfilment locations, and display them directly at checkout.

We’ve now added a Delivery Radius, giving you more control over where each option is available. Define a distance in kilometers or miles, and the option will only be offered when an eligible fulfilment location is within that distance of the customer.

For example, you can offer 3-Hour Delivery only to customers within 15 km of a store.

Configure it under Settings → Customer Experience → Delivery Options.

Delivery Estimates From More Carriers

Did you know that Carriyo can capture the estimated delivery date provided directly by your carrier?

This gives you additional visibility into when your shipments are expected to be delivered.

Previously available for DHL Express, UPS and USPS, we’ve now expanded this capability to Amazon Shipping, DHL Global Tracking, Emirates Courier Express, FedEx, Flick, GoGo Xpress, Nova Post, Parcelforce, Swiss Post and TNT.

Depending on the carrier, the estimated delivery date can be received at booking or through carrier status updates.
