In our latest release, we launched the following features and enhancements:
Carrier Performance Report – Calculation Improvements
Improved calculation of Average Transit Time and Average Out for Delivery Time
These KPIs are calculated based on available carrier data. When the carrier does not provide the Out for Delivery timestamp, the full delivery time is treated as Transit Time
Fixed minor rounding issues
You can access it under Reports > Carrier Performance

Set Scheduled Delivery Date as Promise Date
We’ve enhanced our SLA reporting by allowing the Scheduled Delivery Date to be preserved as the customer promise date.
If you are receiving scheduled delivery dates from your clients, let us know and we can enable this setting for you.
Mirakl Connect Connector
We have implemented a new connector to integrate with Mirakl Seller.
You can find it under Settings > Connectors by searching for Mirakl Connect.
