This article serves to explain the definition of carrier account health/status in Carriyo.
The Status tab in the Carrier Account details page gives more information on the health status. Each carrier account will have its health displayed on the Carrier Accounts listing page. It is related to the activity and errors associated with a shipment.
Permissions: Only users with Account Manager and Admin access roles are able to view carrier account status.
Understanding carrier account status
1. Navigate to Carriers > Accounts on the Carriyo Dashboard. The Health column displays the status of the carrier account.
2. To view the status information in detail, select the desired carrier account and navigate to the Status tab. The Activity Tracking section contains details regarding error in shipment status updates (in the last 48 hours) and the total number of shipments currently in error, for shipments assigned to this carrier account.
Activity Information section contains details of the latest relevant activities for the carrier account.
The definition of all statuses are explained below:
Status |
Meaning |
Healthy |
Indicates that there have been shipments assigned to the carrier account and that there have been shipment status updates for open shipments within the last 48 hours & no shipment with outstanding errors exist. |
Idle |
No shipment has been assigned to the carrier account since it was created. |
Inactive |
Currently the status of the carrier account is inactive (toggle button). No shipment can be assigned to it until it gets activated. |
Trouble |
Indicates that there are shipments with outstanding errors or that there haven't been any shipment status update for open shipments in the last 48 hours or both. |
