This article discusses the steps required to cancel a shipment in Carriyo.
A shipment may be canceled due to various reasons. Reason codes can be set (or native codes can be used) with the set of statuses it can be applied to when a shipment is canceled.
A shipment can not be canceled once it is shipped.
Cancel a Shipment
1. Navigate to Shipping > Shipments on the Carriyo Dashboard. The option to delete a shipment is provided within two different pages, one on the Shipments page and the other inside a specific shipment.
When a user clicks on the Cancel Shipment option, a dialog box will appear prompting the user to select a Reason Code for Cancellation, which is optional. Click on the Cancel Shipment button to complete the cancellation process.

To cancel shipments in bulk, users can select all desired shipments and click on the three-dot (menu) button to display the option. However, bulk cancellation also means a single Reason Code applied to all shipments.
To use filters (to filter out unwanted shipments), visit this article. The number of rows displayed per page can be changed to a maximum of 100 shipments using the Rows per page option.
