The Product Performance Report is one of the many helpful reports that allows you to analyze shipment-related details. It provides insights into the various products that have been part of a shipment, order, or return request. The report provides quantitative information regarding items shipped, delivered, return requests, and completed returns.
To access the report, navigate to Reports > Product Performance on the Carriyo Dashboard. You can click on the star icon to favorite a report. All starred reports will appear first in the grid list.
The Ordered tile is for items linked to orders, while the Return Request tile is specific to returns. The remaining tiles relate to shipment data. The Returned tile refers to reverse shipments, including reverse shipments that are part of a return request.
You can change the time period according to your requirements using the time period filter, and the report will display data for the selected time window.
Filters can be applied to view specific details, such as shipments originating from a particular country or location, or shipments sent to a specific destination. Click on the filter/column icon (as highlighted) to narrow down the data for specific scenarios.
You can also export the report as a CSV file and perform further analysis locally. The export icon allows you to download all data currently visible in the report. If filters are applied, only the filtered data will be exported.
Additionally, you can sort the table using the Sort By option. This allows you to sort the data in ascending or descending order based on the available attributes. Clicking on the selected attribute again will reverse the sort order (asc/desc).
Using this report, you can better understand customer preferences and dislikes, and enhance or optimize your catalog and inventory by identifying demand patterns.
