This article explains how to analyse overall performance of carriers from the Carrier Performance report prepared by Carriyo.

The report does not take carrier accounts into consideration since a single carrier can have multiple carrier accounts. Carrier accounts are consolidated and treated as a single entity and the report is prepared as such. It utilizes distinct parameters and displays it in numerical terms to the user.

Analysis of Carrier Performance Report

1. Navigate to Reports > Carrier Performance on the Carriyo Dashboard. A quick look at the report will give users an insight into the performance of various carriers, highlighting their reliability in comparison to one another.

Hover on the parameters (in the header row) to see the description of those terms.

Additionally, the options provided on the top right corner can be used to perform refresh, reset, filter and export operations on the report.

Users can also filter the report by date. Custom option enhances flexibility, allowing for more tailored and specific results. Shipments can also be filtered by their entity types.

The Carrier Performance report is designed to spare users the manual task of individually monitoring each carrier's performance. With minimal effort, users can make informed decisions about which carriers to trust.
