This article explains how to analyze the number and age of open shipments in Carriyo.
The Shipment Ageing report keeps track of all shipments that have been open (not Delivered) since the time of its booking. Shipments that have been open for more than a month's time is grouped together.
Analysis of Shipment Ageing Report
1. Navigate to Reports > Shipment Ageing on the Carriyo Dashboard. The page displays, by default, Forward shipments with the shipment data being grouped by carrier. You can change the Shipment type and grouping from the dropdowns provided for Shipment Type and Group By filters.
The data display format can be switched between a table and a chart using the toggle provided below.
2. Hover over the columns to see more details like the percentage & data in numerical terms.
3. The graph shows the Percentage of shipments not delivered vs Age of these shipments. Clicking on the any of the columns in the bar chart will take you to the Shipments listing page and the affected shipments will be displayed.
4. Use filters to narrow down the shipment data to specific scenarios. The legends can also be used as filters (cannot be cleared using reset).
