This article explains how to analyze the history of return requests received via the Returns Portal page in CX Apps.
The report keeps track of each return request, and presents the data in the form of a bar chart by default. This visual representation allows for a clear and immediate understanding of return request trends.
Analysis of Returns History report
1. Navigate to Reports > Returns History on the Carriyo Dashboard. The page displays data grouped by pickup country by default, within a time period of 30 days. You can change the time period, status, and grouping using the dropdown menus for Time period, Show & Group By filters. Use custom time period to set manual dates.
Use the filter option on the top right row to narrow down results to specific scenarios.
2. The chart legends can also be used as filters. Hover over the bars for more detailed information.
3. To switch between chart and table views, simply click the icons provided at the bottom of the page.
You can also download this report to your system as a csv file using the export icon in the top right corner of the page.
