This article explains how to analyze the number of tracking page visits and interactions using the Tracking KPI Report.
The report records the number of tracking page visits and the rate at which customers are tracking. This provides insight into the level of engagement you are receiving from customers.
Analysis of Tracking KPI Report
1. Navigate to Reports > Tracking KPI on the Carriyo Dashboard. The page displays data divided into three sections. The first section features four tiles that represent accurate numerical data related to visits to the tracking page.
Note: The data in this report is available with a 24 hour delay.
3. Hovering over the bar chart reveals additional details that displays the actual numbers affected.
4. The Clicked URLs section displays all the links clicked from the tracking page and the number of clicks for each URL. The links are managed in the Tracking Page settings under CX Apps.
