In our latest release, we introduce the following new features:
- Ability to select a Reason Code for each returned quantity
- Ability to display the carrier's tracking page for Shopify orders
Ability to select a Reason Code for each returned quantity
Previously in our Returns module, when processing a return, only one reason code could be selected per item, regardless of the quantity. Now, if there are multiple quantities of an item, you can select a reason code for each one individually.
You can manage this as follows, in the Returns portal, indicate the quantity to be returned :
Then, select the reason for each one of them :
Once confirmed, the return request will be created accordingly mentioning the Return Reason for each line:
Ability to display the carrier's tracking page for Shopify orders
It is now possible to display the carrier's tracking page for shipments created via Shopify instead of CARRIYO's.
You simply need to enable the feature at the Shopify connector level (Integration/Connectors):
Then, for shipments created via Shopify, the tracking page of the carrier will reflect instead of ours.
Also, we added the tracking number on the Shopify order (instead of the shipment ID) as the hyperlink to open the tracking page.
