In our latest release, we introduce the following new features:
- Ability to schedule by day in Automation and Service Level Rules
- Ability to enable Single Sign-On (SSO) from the Dashboard
Ability to schedule by day in Automation and Service Level Rules
Previously, it was not possible to set different times for various days in the automation and service level rules. Users had to use a workaround, creating separate rules for managing different timings.
We enhanced the experience, making it easier for you to manage and allowing you to set distinct times for each day :
Ability to enable Single Sign-On (SSO) from the Dashboard
Previously, activating SSO required manual intervention from our end. Now, our Enterprise clients have the option to configure it directly from the Dashboard.
With just two simple steps, you can handle the metadata to enable SSO in the Account settings :
Then proceed to create your SSO users in the Users management screen :
Then, simply log in using the link "Sign in with Single Sign-on (SSO) :
