Ability to directly contact Carriers from the Dashboard
Previously, if you faced issues while booking shipments or had questions about setting up your account, you had to contact the carriers separately. This process was manual and inefficient.
We enhanced the overall experience by handling these matters directly within the CARRIYO dashboard. The process is very simple. With just one click, you can email the carrier with all the relevant details.
Here is how it works :
Click on the "contact" hyperlink found in the problems screen in the shipment details page:
This will automatically open your default email inbox with a templated message that includes the captured errors. The email will be automatically associated to the carrier's support emails address. You also have other options for accessing this feature from other different locations:
