Klaviyo Integration
We are now integrated with Klaviyo, a marketing automation platform that allows you to send hyper-targeted messages at scale for faster, more efficient growth.
You can leverage CARRIYO to fire status event notifications to Klaviyo. The latter will ingest these statuses and trigger the necessary notifications.

{New} Shopify Fulfillment Flow
To support omni-channel orders, we have extended the CARRIYO-Shopify connector to support the Fulfillment Flow. By transitioning to this flow, CARRIYO will only receive the line items for orders that require fulfillment.

IT Manager Role
We are continuously enhancing how we manage users, roles and permissions. We added a new role called "IT Manager" that's designed for IT oversight. The user can only manage system logs, re-trigger webhooks, and configure integration settings.
Shipment Details customizations on the Tracking Page
You can now customize the fields displayed under Shipment Details on your Branded Tracking Page.
You can choose from a list of pre-defined fields, add a label, and re-order the fields in the desired sequence. This setting can be found under the Content section in the CX Tracking page.
{Fix} Collection & Delivery schedule validations
We originally released a new feature to trigger a booking error whenever the collection or delivery schedules of a shipment are in the past (i.e. pre-booking date). Based on your feedback, we downgraded these validations to warnings.
N.B: We highly recommend that you fix the bad data on your end as it may lead to booking issues with a few carriers who do validate this information.
