Release date: May 28 2025
In our latest release, we introduced the following enhancements:
Returns module enhancements
Our team has worked hard to improve the Returns module based on your feedback. We’ve enhanced existing features and added powerful new ones to make return management easier and more flexible.
- The interface has been redesigned to be more user-friendly and efficient.
You can now export return request data directly from the list view. Simply select the shipments you want (or all of them), then click the export icon to download an Excel file:
- We have updated the return approval workflow by adding a new status: "On Hold":
This status is for internal use, helping your team track requests that are waiting for feedback, for example, if the customer has been contacted and you’re awaiting their reply.
It helps distinguish between requests you haven’t started working on (Pending Review) and those that require additional information before you can proceed (On Hold).
You can update the status from the return request list screen:
or from the return request screen:
-
It is now possible to enter a preferred collection date for a return request and its related reverse shipments.
This information has also been added to the return request list screen as a new column:
-
We understand that some returns require flexibility, whether you prefer the client to keep the item, send it back, or arrange a pickup. You might want to decide case by case. You can now manually create a reverse shipment directly from the return request screen.
In the Return Settings, if “Create Reverse Shipment“ is enabled for a return reason, a reverse shipment will be created automatically once the return is approved, same as today.
If it’s disabled, no shipment is created automatically, but you can create one manually using the new “Ship” option.
Then, fill in the information to create the reverse shipment:
This “Ship” feature is flexible, you can use it anytime, even if a shipment already exists.
-
We've added an Auto-Close feature for return requests with no activity after X days (you can set the number of days in the Return Settings). This feature is disabled by default, and you can choose to enable it if needed.
-
Auto translation of addresses now available for more carriers
Our Arabic-to-English address translation feature, previously available for DHL, is now supported for Aramex and Quiqup as well.
Once enabled, contact names and addresses will be automatically translated from Arabic to English.
To activate it, simply turn on the "Translate address to English" toggle in the carrier account settings.
If you have any questions or feedback on these enhancements, we would love to hear from you!
