Enhanced Shipments list screen
We have enhanced the shipments list screen to improve usability and efficiency. Key updates include:

Improved search performance by displaying only the most recent shipments (from the last 30 days). Older shipments can be accessed by selecting the history from the dropdown menu under "Last 30 days."

Quick filter update: to maximize the number of shipments displayed, we removed the quick filter from the top. The quick filter statuses, previously listed in a line, are now accessible through a dropdown. Click on "All" to see different statuses along with the quantity of shipments in each status.
- We also removed the forward and reverse shipment tabs to gain more screen space. You can now choose the shipment type from the new Shipment type dropdown.
- Quick Search: the quick search field is now more visible and user-friendly.
Ability to assign carriers based on percentage
When creating or editing your rule, you will find this option in the General block when adding multiple carriers:
Enhanced security with expiring documents links
To prevent accidental public sharing of Carriyo document links, we have introduced a new option to use expiring links. When enabled, these document links will include an expiry token, making the link valid only for the selected duration (from 1 hour to 3 days).
Please refer to the screenshots below to learn how to enable this option in your Carriyo Account Settings, menu : Settings > Account.

To update a shipment, simply go to the dashboard, edit your shipment, and change it to the desired status. Please ensure you have confirmation before making any modifications to the shipment status.
Ability to integrate Freshchat Live Chat on your tracking page
Ability to customize social media links and banners by country
To customize banners for different countries and languages, go to CX Apps > Tracking page, scroll down to the Banner section, and upload pictures specific to each country and language preference.
To set different social media links per country, navigate to CX Apps > CX Theme, scroll down to the Social Links section, and configure the links for each of your social media accounts accordingly.
Ability to sync your Shopify product catalog with Carriyo
We've introduced a new feature that enables you to sync your product catalog from Shopify to Carriyo.
Before using this feature, you'll need to copy the API password from your Shopify settings and paste it in the Shopify API password field in the Shopify Connector page of Carriyo:
Then, you will need to enable the permissions in Shopify: Product (read/write) and Inventory (read and write).
Once configured, navigate to the Shopify Connector page in Carriyo. Scroll down to find the newly added toggle switch "Item Catalog Synchronization". Simply click on the "Sync Now" button. This action will seamlessly synchronize all products from Shopify into Carriyo.
