In our latest release, we introduced the following new features:

• Ability to manage your item catalog
• {Beta} Palletways connector

Ability to manage your item catalog

Previously, you had to request our team to handle the import of the item catalog in the backend. Now, you have the option to do it yourself.
You can import the full catalog in bulk or update only specific items.

• To view your list of items, navigate to the new menu at Settings > Items

This view displays details such as the HS Code, Country of Origin, and Dangerous Goods fields, enabling you to identify any missing information critical for your operations like Cross-border shipments.

You can customize the displayed fields on the screen. Click on the Columns icon at the top of the screen, and select the columns that interest you :

• To import a new list of items, or to update some of them, you will need to click on the Upload item list icon

Then, upload your CSV file. You can download a template to ensure all required information is included.

Here is a sample showing a few items to be uploaded : 

Once completed, you will see this message in the pop-up : 

And the updated list of items will appear on the screen : 

If the file is larger (can contain up to 50,000 items), the upload will run in the background, allowing you to navigate to other screens of the Dashboard.
You will receive a notification on the Item screen when the process is completed.

• You can also export your item list as a CSV file. Simply click on the Export Items icon at the top of the screen :

CARRIYO continues to grow globally ! We have completed the full integration with Palletways for Europe operations ! It can be found and configured under Carrier Accounts.
