In this article, you will learn how to set up a PulpoWMS connector in Carriyo. The setup is extremely simple and straightforward. With Carriyo, labels can be generated instantly and will be ready for printing as soon as the order is completed in Pulpo.

Setting up

1. Navigate to Settings > Integration > Connectors on the Carriyo Dashboard. Click on the Pulpo logo to start setting up the connector.

2. The next step is to configure the settings. Firstly, assign a suitable name for the connector and ensure that the connector is active.

• Select the merchant from the dropdown that will have access to this connector.
• Pulpo WMS Domain: This field checks if the connector is test or live. Based on the option selected, it will point to the right Pulpo environment/base URL.
• Pulpo WMS Username: This is the username for your PulpoWMS account.
• Pulpo WMS Password: This is the password for your PulpoWMS account.

Trigger Webhook on Order Finished - enable this toggle if you want the webhook for order creation to be sent to Carriyo once the order is finished (i.e., all boxes are packed and closed). Else, the webhook will sent to Carriyo for each box that is packed and closed in Pulpo.

Pulpo Merchant List - Provide the PulpoWMS merchant ID for which all associated orders should flow into Carriyo. 

In this case, the value entered is 896, which means that all orders created for this merchant will be reflected in Carriyo. Carriyo enables you to create one connector per merchant.

Under Locations, you can map each warehouse locations in Pulpo to individual Carriyo locations. These values (for all warehouse locations in Pulpo) should be mapped at the time of creating the connector for the shipments to have the correct pickup location and not go into error.

Click on Save once you provide all above information. Once saved, the required webhooks will automatically be set up in Pulpo.

Once the connector setup is completed, upon packing an order/box, based on the option chosen, a shipment will be created in Carriyo for each box that was closed and the default label will be sent back to Pulpo and you will be able to print the label at the end of the packing process.

Ensure that, after the connector is set up, the automation rules are also set up. At the time of order creation in Pulpo, you can leave the Ship with field empty so that the carrier can be automatically selected using Carriyo's automated rule assignment process. Else, the shipment might go into error and if this happens, the label will not be sent to Pulpo and should be downloaded directly from Carriyo.
