This article demonstrates the steps required to edit or remove customer addresses, and delete a customer record from the Store App.
Permissions: Only users with Store App Admin access role can delete/manage customer addresses and customer records.
How to manage customer addresses and records
1. Navigate to Customers page on the Carriyo Store App. To view Customer Detail page, click on the desired customer record.
Changing an address
To change an existing address, simply edit the details and click on Save Address or Save provided on the top right. To add a new address, refer to this article.
Removing an address
To remove an address associated with a customer, click on the minus icon provided on the top right of an address record in the Customer detail page. This action will be automatically saved.
Deleting a customer record
To delete a customer record, all associated addresses must be removed first. In the Customer detail page, click on the minus icon provided on the top right of an address record to remove an address.
Once, all addresses are deleted, the customer record can be deleted.
