This article will guide you in defining the theme for your CX Apps, including Tracking Pages, Customer Feedback Forms, and Returns Portal.
Within the CX Apps, you can either utilize the settings inherited from the theme or specify custom ones directly in the Apps.
Configuring the elements
You can access these settings by navigating to CX Apps > CX Theme on the Dashboard.
Here are all the elements you can configure:
Colors
In this section, you can set primary and secondary background colors:
The brand color can also be configured in this section:
Text
In this section, you can define font styles, colors, and sizes for up to 3 levels of fonts (Header, Primary, and Secondary).
You can choose from standard fonts:
You can also upload your own font - to do this, click on the Manage Fonts button:
and then upload your Font files (Carriyo supports otf, ttf, woff, woff2) and the CSS file defining the font family and source:

Buttons
Here, you can customize the button by specifying its color, border color, border radius, text font, text style, and text color.

Customize your CX apps by uploading your own favicon and logo images to reflect your brand identity:
Content
Provide the brand display name, you have the option to translate it into different languages.
Customer support
In this section, you can fill the customer support email, phone number, and WhatsApp number:
Then if you enable the Customer Support widget, this block will appear on your tracking page:
Social Links
Include links to your social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Tumblr, Snapchat, and TikTok. Choose the ones that are relevant to you.
