Operations on automation rules
Clicking on the three-dot icon for any rule allows users to edit, duplicate, delete, or reposition rules up or down. Moving a rule up or down will respectively increase or decrease the priority of the automation rule.
Carriyo enables the display of up to 50 rules (rows) on a single page. This can be achieved by adjusting the number in the 'Rows per page' dropdown.
Drag and drop is an alternative and effective method of changing the priority of the rules. Click on the six dots and drag the rules to enable this option.
Activate/Deactivate rules
When rules are used sporadically over extended periods, deactivating them facilitates decluttering and avoids hindrance to the desired assignment of carriers to shipments. Users have the option to activate them at a later time.
To filter the page in a manner that it only displays active rules, users can enable the toggle located next to the search button.
Other operations
Users can also refresh, filter and modify visible columns from the options available marked in red.
There may be instances where a rule is not immediately displayed on the list after its creation. The refresh option serves to update the page, eliminating the need for users to perform a hard refresh of the web page.
