Certain elements in the CX Apps are by default, not translated. These include delivery types, carrier names etc.
In order to provide a readable translations for these elements, they need to be configured in the Element Translation section under CX Apps.
Permissions: Only users with Account Manager, Admin, and Manager access roles are able to manage element translations.
How to set up element translations
1. Navigate to Settings > Customer Experience > Element Translation in the Carriyo Dashboard.
2. Translations are supported for delivery types, carrier names, shipment Locations, and carrier comments. You can choose the required language and add a new entry by clicking on the add icon.
3. In the dialog box opened for adding translation for a new element, you can choose to enable the Case Sensitive Match toggle, which will apply the translation to the element only if it's an exact match. Click on Confirm once done.
4. Click on Save to apply all changes.
5. Possible options on a translation record are edit & delete.
