In the Carriyo Store App, orders booked from/to a store will only be visible to users with access to that store. A store in the Store App corresponds to Locations in the Carriyo Dashboard. Store access can be configured in the Users section under Settings. For an existing user in Carriyo, edit their role to give them access to the Store App.
Permissions: Only users with Store App Admin access roles are able to create users and edit access roles.
How to edit Store App roles
1. Navigate to Administration > Users under Settings on the Carriyo Dashboard.
2. Select on a user record to edit their access role. Store App Admins can create and manage orders & customers whereas operators can only create and manage orders from/to a store. Operators don't have the ability to delete customer addresses & records.
Existing Merchant & Pickup Location/Countries (Data Filters) restrictions will be applied to Store App as well. To restrict users to certain stores, apply location or country data filters.
