Tailoring your tracking pages to reflect your brand's identity is made easy with Carriyo's intuitive UX editor. It allows you to customize fonts, colors, headers, and banners, as well as translate your content into different languages to match your website. Additionally, you can embed dynamic banners to promote your campaigns or collections, seamlessly linking back to your website.
Here is how you can configure your Tracking Page :

For the customization of your page, you have the option to use the settings you've already defined in your CX theme (colors, text, buttons, images, etc.). In this case, simply switch on the option 'Use CX Theme Settings':

If you haven't defined a CX theme or haven't enabled this option, then you'll need to fill in all the settings, including the ones related to the fonts, colors, and upload the images there, similar to how it's done in the CX theme.

- In the Images and Logo category, you will be able to define the size of the logo for desktop and mobile :
Simply adjust the cursor and visualize the size on the preview screen until you are satisfied.
You also have the option to center your logo. If interested, simply enable this option and check the result on the preview screen.
- In the next section, you can set up a Custom Domain (configuring a URL for your Tracking Page that matches your brand's website domain) to ensure a seamless transition from your website to our page, providing a smooth experience for your customers.
- In the Customer Support block, you can choose to enable the Support widget :
If you do so, this block will appear on your tracking page :
The header and the text of this widget can be changed in the "Support Headline" and "Support Text" fields.
- The Content block offers various settings.
Let's begin with the first field, where you can set translations for your page in different languages. Additionally, you can customize how you want to greet your customers. For instance, below, we use "Hello" followed by the customer's first name.
In the next setting, you can choose to add text that will appear just below the greeting, customized depending on the status of the shipment.
You can also translate this description. Simply click on the link :
In the popup that opens, begin by selecting the type of journey of your choice: collection, delivery, or reverse. Then, choose the shipment milestone that interests you.
If you want to add a text for this status, just fill the Default text field for the milestone you have selected :
If you want to translate this text, simply click on the "+" icon, then select the language of your choice and enter the translated text.
Each time you make a change, you can view a preview on the right side to see how your changes will appear.
Follow the same logic for the other settings related to the timeline. You can update the Shipment timeline title, milestone names, and descriptions, and you can also translate them accordingly.
Your change will reflect on the right side of the Tracking Page :
The order Details block can be configured by enabling the setting "Display Order Details" :
Here again, you can decide to show which orders detail you want to appear,
For that just click on the "+ add field" icon :
Then enter a name for the label and select which value you want to show in the dropdown.
- The Social Links block, when enabled, will display all the links to your social media accounts.
- The Customer Feedback section, when enabled, will display the feedback widget, allowing you to collect ratings of the experience from your customers.

Banner
You can use the banner to add dynamic content to the Tracking page to announce new collections or promotions.
You can configure the following elements:
- Banner Button Text (e.g. "Shop Now")
- Banner Button Text Link (where to redirect your customers to)
- Banner Button Background Colour (e.g. white background)
- Banner Button Text Colour (e.g. black text)
- Banner Caption Text
- Banner Caption Text Colour
- Banner Caption Overlay Colour
- Banner Image Horizontal Alignment
- Banner Image Vertical Alignment
Note: You can only upload a PNG or JPG image with a maximum of 1 Mbyte.

Here you can announce important news by creating an announcement banner.

Header
You can set a navigation bar that matches your website's experience, allowing customers to access your site directly from the tracking page.
For each section, you can map it to different links depending on language and country of the customer. You can also translate the category name to further localize the experience.
