This article discusses the various steps to print documents associated with shipments, including labels.
Carriyo offers eight different types of documents of which all are customizable, depending on the plan the user is on.
The approaches available for printing shipment related documents are two — one from the shipments listing page (Quick Print) and from the Shipment Detail page.
Printing Documents and Labels
1. Navigate to Shipping > Shipments on the Carriyo Dashboard.
- In the shipments listing page, the print icon in the Documents column allows you to print shipping documents. You can choose from document groups or individual documents, and these options can be configured in the Account System settings. Visit this article to learn how to configure the document settings.
If the Documents column is not visible on the Shipments page, use the Columns option from the top-right row of options. Note that shipments in draft status or shipments with errors will not have printable documents, as documents are generated only after the shipment is booked.
- There is another option to print documents from the Shipments listing page, and this can be done for both individual shipments and in bulk.
To do this, select shipments for which labels need to be printed and click on the Print Label option and print the desired type of label.
Note: Document groups cannot be printed for shipments in bulk.
- In the Summary tab on the Shipment Detail page, all documents are available for printing.
All documents are processed and ready to print once the shipment is booked and does not have any errors.
