You can integrate your live Chat into our tracking page, allowing your customers to interact directly with your support team. We support integrations with Gorgias, Intercom, Tawk.to, Zendesk, and now, Freshchat.
To set this up:
Navigate to Cx Apps > Tracking Page and scroll down to the Live Chat category.
Choose your provider from the list:
And enter the source URL from your software, to the source field and save.
Your chat box will then be seamlessly integrated into your tracking page!
After setting up the integration, you'll see a 'Chat' pop-up at the bottom of the tracking page. This allows your clients to communicate directly with your customer service team.
