Carriyo allows notifications to be sent to customers via Email, SMS and WhatsApp in accordance with the triggers and templates set up. Customer Notifications are allowed for Forward & Reverse shipments, Return Requests, and Pinpoint Locations.
Languages, triggers, and sender addresses/numbers can be configured for different destination countries, while notification templates can be customized for the different languages.
Customer Notifications in Carriyo
Notification settings and templates are configured separately for each of the communication channels. Triggers can be added, deleted or deactivated.
Notifications will be sent to customers as per the configured setup and this is recorded in the History tab of the Shipment Detail page.
The Carrier Suppression feature for Forward & Reverse shipments allows notifications to be suppressed for shipments assigned to specific carriers.
Templates have to be set in order for the notifications to be sent to customers. Learn more about configuring notification templates here.
Lastly, the Customer Notification report under Reports displays the amount of notifications sent via all channels and contains details pertaining to each notification that has been sent.
