This article briefly explains how to manage connectors in Carriyo.
Connectors are essentially pre-built integrations compatible with external e-commerce stores or other applications. By setting up a connector for the required store in Carriyo, shipment records will automatically flow into Carriyo. These orders can then be tracked through every stage, from processing to delivery, by assigning them to the desired carrier using automation rules.
At present, Carriyo has connectors for the following applications/e-commerce stores.
- Shopify
- Magento
- WooCommerce
- Klaviyo
- Descartes Peoplevox
Permissions: Only users with Admin and IT Manager access roles are able to create and manage connectors in Carriyo.
Managing Connectors
1. Navigate to Integrations > Connectors on the Carriyo Dashboard. The page displays a list of all connectors created previously. To create a new connector, click on the respective app icon.
2. Operations allowed on a connector are edit, duplicate, and delete. A more easier way to edit is to click on the connector name.
3. Connectors used for a specific period of time or those that are infrequently used can be deactivated and activated only when required. Deactivation/activation is a better alternative for deletion.
