This article is a guide on how to monitor integration activity in Carriyo.
The Integration Monitor offers insights into inbound and outbound requests through various integrations (API, Webhooks, Connectors). The graph offers a visual representation of the data, while the table provides extra details for troubleshooting.
Permissions: Only users with Admin access roles have the ability to check the Integration Monitor.
Understanding the Integration Monitor
1. Navigate to Integrations > Monitor on the Carriyo Dashboard. The API tab is selected by default and the page displays all inbound and outbound requests exchanged between Carriyo and the Client API. Hovering over the graph lines will display additional details.
2. The table keeps records of the actual requests. Click on the View Details icon to see the event details which opens a dialog box that includes the actual request and response.
3. The Event Details dialog box contains details required to troubleshoot the issue. The request and response headers and body are presented as collapsible lists. Expanding these will display all information.
4. Filters can improve the results, providing additional hints to resolve the issue.
5. The Time period option is useful for analyzing data over a specific period.
6. To switch to Webhooks and Connectors, click on the respective titles. The quick filters offer an easy way to filter out irrelevant data.
