The Returns Portal is one of the most useful features that Carriyo offers which allows customers to request returns if they are dissatisfied with an ordered item(s). This page can be customized for each merchant. Additionally, users can set up and even automate the process of approving these requests based on the non-returnability of items according to the return policy.
Users can choose to reject, approve, cancel or accept/complete a return request. For each approved return request, a corresponding reverse shipment will be created.
The Returns Portal can be personalized with your brand's logo and content. Customers can easily access this portal directly from your brand's website or by clicking on the provided link in email communications.
Permissions: Only users with Account Manager, Admin, and Manager access roles can manage and configure the Feedback Loop page.
Setting up
1. Navigate to CX Apps > Returns Portal on the Carriyo Dashboard.
2.In the Images and Logo category, you will be able to define the size of the logo.
Simply adjust the cursor and visualize the size on the preview screen until you are satisfied.
3. In the next section, you can set up a Custom Domain (configuring a URL for your Returns Portal that matches your brand's website domain) to ensure a seamless transition from your website to our Portal, providing a smooth experience for your customers.
You can use the enable iframe embedding option to embed the Returns Portal into a URL of your choice. Refer to this article for more details on this.
4. In the last section, Content, you can customize the content you want to appear on the portal and translate it into the languages of your choice. Brand color will be used for all links in the portal.
To manage the translations, click on the icon on the right side of each text field:
In the pop-up that opens, you can add translations by clicking on the 'Add record' icon and translate your text into different languages.
