Our Enterprise clients have the option to configure Single Sign-On SSO directly from the Dashboard.
This article explains how to set it up with just two simple steps.
Permissions: Only users with Admin access roles can manage Account settings.
Setting up
1. Navigate to Settings > Account in the Carriyo Dashboard. In the System tab, under the Single Sign-On section, you can handle the metadata to enable SSO:
The first step is to enable the Enable Single Sign-On toggle. The next step requires users to download the Carriyo SSO metadata by clicking on the link provided. More information about this step is provided in detail.
The subsequent step is to upload your Identity Provider metadata XML file using the Upload Metadata button. If the file is modified at a later time, use the Re-Upload Metadata option to upload it in Carriyo.
2. Once the above step is completed, you can either create a SSO user (if none exists) or navigate to the login page by clicking on the link provided and log in using Single Sign-On (SSO).
When creating a SSO user, choose the below option from the dropdown.
And that's all! You can easily log in using the 'Sign in with Single Sign-on (SSO)' link once an account has been created.
