This article covers the Downloads section which can be found under Settings in the Carriyo Dashboard.

Carriyo provides users the option of downloading three separate Excel/CSV files:

• Carrier Status Mappings
• Carrier City and Area Mappings
• Carriyo City List

These files provide users with access to information which can be important to support integration projects or other tasks.

The Downloads section is provided under Settings > Administration on the Dashboard.

Downloading Carrier Status Mappings

1. Navigate to Settings > Administration > Downloads on the Carriyo Dashboard. A dialog box will appear when a user clicks on the Downloads section.

When a carrier is set up in Carriyo, status mappings are also set along with it. Carriyo lets users download this Carriyo-Carrier status mappings in this subsection. The dropdown displays all carriers in use.

Downloading Carrier City and Area Mappings

1. Navigate to Settings > Administration > Downloads on the Carriyo Dashboard. A dialog box will appear when a user clicks on the Downloads section.

The second subsection in this dialog box allows users to download the City and Area mappings that the carrier manages. Shipments associated with a certain carrier will have its city and area names cross-checked against this list.

Downloading Carriyo City List

1. Navigate to Settings > Administration > Downloads on the Carriyo Dashboard. A dialog box will appear when a user clicks on the Downloads section.

The third subsection in this dialog box is concerned with the city list (master list) that is ubiquitous across Carriyo. This list, which is consistent in nature, allows Carriyo to map the address data as per the requirement of different carriers that employ the use of its own lists. The master list is also used in Carriyo for setting up automation, capacity and network rules, and reporting data by geography and as a result, is extensive. This list comprises of states, cities and, areas of different countries.

The two toggle options available are discussed below —

1. Enabling the toggle for Format for upload in Automation Rules or Carrier Networks option results in Carriyo generating a list that is in a different format from the original, for facilitating the process of uploading the list as part of an automation rule or a carrier network with ease.
2. The original list does not contain any city areas. Enabling the toggle for Include city areas option allows users to download a list which will include new rows for each area in a city.
