FENIX Express integration

FENIX is an integrated electric mobility and deliveries platform live in 5 countries (UAE, KSA, Turkey, Qatar and Bahrain). They operate the largest fleet of EVs in the region with almost 10,000 e-scooters, e-bikes and electric delivery vans. Their newly launched Express vertical provides ultra-fast, reliable and cost-efficient e-commerce deliveries for your business powered by cutting edge technology.

FENIX Express is currently available across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah for next day and same day deliveries, with other markets in the pipeline.

Deactivate merchants feature

Previously when you wanted to deactivate a merchant, you had to contact our support team. We've made the change to allow you deactivate any merchant account that's no longer in use or you created with incorrect information. You can access this feature under Settings > Account > Merchants. 

Refresh button for all reports and list pages

You can now refresh all reports and list pages directly in the application.
