Automatic Label Retry

In Release 2023.02.02, we've introduced the Bulk Label Refresh feature. Previously, when shipments were missing the default labels, we didn't have a way to refresh the labels in bulk.  However, the bulk tool still required manual user intervention.

In this release, we extended the feature to supported automatic label retries. If the default label is not successfully generated, CARRIYO will reattempt to retrieve it up to three tries. If on the third try, the label is still not generated, the shipment will remain in a warning status. The user can either contact the carrier to get the label manually or re-assign the shipment to another carrier. 

Ability to create manifests across different merchants

Previously, if you were shipping from the same location and with the same carrier, you had to create a different manifest id for each merchant. This limitation was time consuming and not efficient. 

We've extended the manifest feature to apply to all merchants. You can now create a manifest and group shipments from multiple merchants underneath it. When you create the manifest, you can either select a specific merchant or select "All Merchants" as demonstrated below. 

Please note that for this feature to work, you need to have access to all merchants.

Ability to filter by multi-parcel shipments

You can now filter shipments by number of parcels.

In the example below, I am filtering for shipments with exactly 2 parcels.
