Tracking KPI Report
We've launched a new report to track your customer's interactions when monitoring their shipments using the CARRIYO Branded Tracking App.
N.B: This report is not accessible for custom tracking pages.
These are the KPIs that you can track:
- Tracking page visits: total number of visits to the Branded Tracking Page
- New visitors: number of users who accessed the tracking page for the first time
- Shipment tracking rate: percentage of shipments tracked via the app
- Average visit per shipment: the average number of times users have tracked their shipment
- Tracking page engagement history: a historical view of the page views (i.e. visits) and interactions (activities such as clicking on a link, rating the delivery experience) by country
- Clicked URLs: the top clicked URLs in the Branded Tracking Page (e.g. header/footer links)
New Returns App Design
We've upgraded our Returns App to include the following enhancements:
- Ability to add product images (via the Shopify connector)
- Ability to upload images for a specific reason code.
- Ability to add a comment for a specific reason code.
- Additional settings to customize the CX template for the Returns App.
In this example, the user is uploading an image to prove that the product received was damaged.
This option to add a comment or a picture is configured under Settings > Returns
