Master Download Tool

Whether you are validating test cases or looking to update the automation rules, you can now access all this information under one master download tool.

This tool allows you to:

• download CARRIYO's predefined city list by COUNTRY (including areas)
• download the shipment status mappings by CARRIER
• download the city and area mappings by CARRIER

Each of these functionalities are covered below. 

Download CARRIYO's predefined city list by country

When you download the raw city list, this is the information that you will receive in the CSV file. 

• Country Code
• Country Name
• State Code
• State Name (en)
• State Name (ar)
• City Code City Name (en)
• City Name (ar)
• GPS Coordinates
• Google Maps Url

An example below is shown for downloading the UAE city list.

If you select the option to format the list so it can be uploaded back in the automation rules

the information is simplified down to:

• Country Code
• State Code
• City Code

You can also download the area list

This is the information that you will receive in the export file:

• Country Code
• State Code
• City Code
• Area Code

Download the shipment status mappings by carrier

This tool is important when you are investigating if there is a discrepancy between what the carrier is sending and what CARRIYO is reporting. 

From the dropdown menu, you can simply select the carrier of choice and a CSV file will be downloaded with all the necessary information.

In this example, we are downloading the Aramex status mapping.

This is the information received:

• CARRIER status code
• CARRIER status description
• CARRIYO shipment status
• CARRIYO reverse shipment status 
• CARRIYO shipment reason code (if supported by the carrier)
• CARRIYO reverse shipment reason code (if supported by the carrier)

Download the city and area mappings by carrier

Since CARRIYO integrates with all different carriers, we need to translate our predefined city and area lists to match the predefined lists of the carriers. This tool allows you to access this level of information. 

This is the level of information that's accessed in the CSV:

• Country Code
• CARRIYO City Code
• City Name (en)
• City Name (ar)
• CARRIER city name
• GPS Coordinates
• Google Maps Url

Here's an example of the Aramex city list.

New carrier timeouts error message

We revised the error message whenever a shipment fails to be booked due to a carrier timeout issue.

The new message will reflect the following: "No response received after 60 seconds. Carrier system may be down or unresponsive. Please retry at a different time or contact the carrier for assistance."

New Manifest Design

In Release 2022.10.02, we've improved the manifest feature to support the creation of manifests in DRAFT status. As part of our continuous efforts to enhance this feature, we've done a few design changes to further simplify the flow.

You have the ability to either scan shipments or manually add them to an open manifest. You can also bulk delete shipments. In addition, you can assign a description to a manifest to differentiate it from other manifests.

We also redesigned the manifest view so you can access data in a faster and more user friendly way.
