This article talks about the different type of notifications that can be configured in Carriyo.
Several notifications can be created to help customers track their orders, returns, or pinpoint their location if the shipment drop-off location is unrecognizable or incomplete.
These notifications can be configured by country, status and communication channels: SMS ,Email, and WhatsApp.
The template of the notifications can be customized to match your brand's look and feel and translated into different languages.
Step 1
Click on Notifications and select the type of notification.
Step 2
Select communication channel from SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.
Step 3
Configure the status triggers by country.
N.B: A message will be sent every time a returns status changes and the trigger is active for this status.
Step 4
Customize the communication template for a specific language by clicking on Add.
N.B: A standard message will be used for any undefined trigger templates.
Step 6
Click on Preview to review the template.
Step 5
Click on Save to preserve all changes made.
