This article talks about the different type of notifications that can be configured for returns.
Step 1
Click on Notifications and select Return Requests.
Step 2
Select communication channel from SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.
Step 3
Configure the status triggers by country.
N.B: A message will be sent every time a returns status changes and the trigger is active for this status.
Step 4
Customize the communication template by clicking on Add.
N.B: A standard message will be used for any undefined trigger templates.
Step 6
Click on Preview to review the template.
Step 5
Click on Save to preserve all changes made.
