This article is about creating service levels in Carriyo manually step by step.
Service levels are assigned at each stage of fulfillment to track arrival dates and shipment completeness.
Service levels can be defined across 4 stages of fulfillment:
Step 1
Click on New to create a service level.
Step 2
Configure the basic parameters.

Type of service level:

Indicates when an order should be processed:

Step 3
Configure the conditions and/or exclusions for the service level.
Parameters | Description |
Create Condition |
Condition or group of conditions that apply for this service level.
|
Create Exclusion |
Exclusion or group of exclusions that apply for this service level.

Step 4
Click on Save.
