In Carriyo shipments can be tracked with ease by following these steps.
Step 1 - Navigate into a shipment list
Once you log into the Carriyo dashboard, you can select a shipment by heading to Shipments in the navigation menu and choosing Forward Shipments or Reverse Shipments. In this screen you can search for a specific shipment using the search field on the top left.
Step 2 - Search and Select a shipment
Shipments can be searched by Shipment ID, External Reference ID, Order Number, Customer ID, Customer Phone Number and Customer Email. The search feature makes it easy to find any shipment in virtually no time.
Quick search filters are also available to narrow down the search. However, if you are looking for more specific filtering requirements, the Filter option is also available on the top right corner of the shipment list table.
Once you find the shipment you are looking for click on the Order Info column to inspect the selected shipment in more detail in the Shipment Detail screen.
Step 3 - Inspect shipment details
On the Shipment Detail screen you can see all the information associated with the shipment as well as its current state.
To get more details about the history of the shipment and its progress select the History tab at the top of the screen.
The History tab displays all the historical status updates as well as other events such as customer notifications sent to the customer.
Step 4 - Check the Customer Tracking Page (optional)
If you are using Carriyo's Branded Tracking Page feature. You can also look at the shipment's tracking page to see the shipment's status history.
Head back to the main Shipment Detail screen and find the Customer Tracking Page link in the first section of the page. A new tab will open on your browser which will take you to the shipment's tracking page which is also visible to customers looking to track their shipments.
