{New Design} Service Levels 

We are continuously enhancing the platform to allow you to easily configure and manage your data. Here's a preview of the new Service Levels screen. If you have any feedback, please do not hesitate to share it with us.

{New Design} Automation Rules 

We also revamped the Automation Rules screen.

Bulk Location Import 

You can now bulk import locations into CARRIYO using a CSV file. Whether you are onboarding a new brand, or configuring a new test environment, you no longer have to manually set the locations.

N.B: Please note that the limit is set to 250 locations per file. 

Download Aramex commercial invoice

If you are processing a cross-border shipment, you can now download the Aramex commercial invoice directly from the CARRIYO dashboard. You can find the commercial invoice under Documents.

N.B: Please contact your customer success team if you'd like to enable this option. 

{Beta} Parcelforce Worldwide connector

We are live with Parcelforce Worldwide- the trusted express parcel delivery company for business and consumer parcels, delivering across the UK and Worldwide. You can access this connector under the Carrier Accounts. 

{Beta} DX Delivery Service connector

We are also live with DX Delivery Service. They provide next day delivery services for mail, parcels and deliveries to both residential and business addresses in the UK. You can access this connector under the Carrier Accounts. 

{Bug Fix} Collection & Delivery schedule validations

When scheduling shipments for pick up or drop off, we will enforce that the schedule date is not set in the past. We were previously only throwing a warning message.
