{Beta} Bosta Connector

We are now integrated with Bosta- a leading logistics-tech company founded in Egypt, operating in Egypt and KSA, with the aim to expand and empower the logistics industry in the whole region. If you are interested in testing this connector, please reach out to our Customer Success team. 

Shopify Connector Improvements

We improved our fulfillment flow integration with Shopify to only ingest fulfillment orders that require shipping. Previously, we were ingesting all types of shipments, including digital goods and POS purchases- leading to reporting and SLA discrepancies.

Live Chat Integration

In order to further enhance the post purchase experience, you can now embed your Live Chat tool to the CARRIYO Tracking Page! This configuration can be configured in the Tracking Page CX settings. 

This feature is enabled for Zendesk, Gorgias, Tawk.to, and Intercom. 

Please note that this feature is only accessible to customers using the Premium Tracking feature.
